SANA’A, Sept. 1 — The government and the Houthis delegations arrived in
Sana’a on a Qatari airplane on Tuesday after having signed the Second
Doha agreement that consisted of 22 articles.
The Qatari News Agency reported the new agreement on Sunday. The
agreement is based on the six point plan of the First Doha agreement in
2008.
According to sources, President Saleh received them in the presidential
palace where he discussed with them the details of the agreement with
the Houthis.
